More than 30 years leading brands and businesses
Gary's career spans numerous multi-nationals: Reckitt, Ferrara/Ferrero, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, Cadbury, Time Inc., SC Johnson and an early career role leading the small business Almanac Publishing.
He held U.S. and global roles across those companies, culminating as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Reckitt's $3B+ U.S. Hygiene business. Some of the major consumer brands he has impacted during his career include Oreo, Cadbury, Trident, Milka, Lysol, Finish, Air Wick, Nerds, Keebler, SweetTarts, PEOPLE magazine and Honey Maid.
Having moved from functional marketing roles into enterprise leadership, Gary recognizes when a leadership challenge is also a question about the role, the individual or the business context.
